3. INSPECTION – It is risky to buy over air, except you are buying based on relationship. Before you pay, inspect the land or delegate.
4. AVOID PRESSURE – You need to avoid at all cost whatever will put you under pressure to buy immediately, in most cases, they are scam. So always give some time to conclude on your decision, let time prove everything.
